Set the aircraft up for a flight input the information and see if it comes up on the ADS-B radar.

Other way would be if you can check for MODE-S Transponders required for ADS-B. Also possibly but PN of GPS antenna, if it was changed to accommodate ADS-B Out.

I'm sure there are other ways to check as well.

This is from my head and I cant comment exactly on 737, but for 767, there is a wiring change to the Flight Deck Pedestal, GPS antenna are replaced, and the Transponders are changed. I think the MMR is changed as well but i'm not 100% sure on that.

There is probably a way to check through the FMC ATC page it shows the ADS-B.

Again this is getting into pilot territory and there are different setups. Typically your CPDLC can be accessed from the FMS(MCDU) or ACARS unit if your aircraft has one.
