According to a FAA Advisory Notice…. Passenger traffic is noted as an area of concern with wiring.

I’m guessing the same for maintenance traffic.

In other words, areas where people (passenger or maintenance) is brushing up against, stepping on, pulling on….. that might cause wire damage from continued continual contact.

    I certainly can when I get back to work. There are quite a few areas on a 767 where we have found wiring issues from foot or body movements.

    Some examples i can think of are

    767 Main Equipment center near entrances/exits
    767 Aft Accessory Near entrance/exit

    Really anywhere wiring is running that is accessed often or where wire bundles could be used as hand holds.

    Crossing from lower forward cargo compartment into the electronics bay.
      
      
     
      

    Brushing up on wires circled in yellow.

    Using step (red arrow) to crawl over structure to get to the oxygen bottles (not seen but in direction of green arrow).
