This is a (poor) screenshot image from a 737-400. You'll have to reference your Maintenance Manual for a -300.

I have already read chapter 6, however I mean to say how can I physically locate the stringer under fuselage skin?Is it necessary to remove stowage bin,internal insulation ...etc?

For what?

Unless you’ve got a corrosion issue, most folks don’t visit stringers except during heavy check.

As a result of scheduled inspection a crack was detected in fuselage skin and I am going to determine the stringers which the crack is located between them
