Cabine altitude warning switch failure

As per FAA AD2022-24-09, given the cabin altitude switch failed, the airplane may be operated provided provisions that specify operating at or below 10,000 ft MSL with failed switch is included in MEL,
I come up with following:

"if switch is inoperative the automatic cabin pressure controller must be operative to dispatch the airplane"

I've got no issues with your statement, but the aircraft cannot be flown above 10K, pressure controller working or not.

Hypoxia sneaks up on you. That altitude switch "must" be operative for anything above 10,000.
