My airline was having problems at numerous airports. This was not isolated to one particular aircraft.
We have been changing the R/T's to a different part number which includes a modification that keeps the system from failing when it's over a 5G antenna.
I don't really have time to look, but I'm sure that some information (FAA AD's or Service Bulletins) can be found on-line.
I'll see if I can find the manufacturer and part number of the updated units.
