Hi Lok fastener was created by dynamics

I wonder if hilok bolts which are used for support beam of weather radar at fwd pressure bulkhead can be reused after removal, do you have any idea?

Uh..... NO.

I'm not a sheet metal guy, but HiLok's are designed to shear at a certain torque when first installed. That can't be duplicated when installing them a second time.
