How can I download navigation database followed by transfering the data to Skybound G1 adapter in offline mode using Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM) for windows?

I have never used any of these items for data-base updates.

I did find this reference online:

The keyword in your question is "offline".

It looks like the unit is just a USB to insertable data card adapter.
  
  
 
  
  
Once a database has been downloaded...... there is no more need to be online.

It looks like the software puts the file on to the data card or numerous cards if needed.

Is it possible to download the navigation data on PC hard drive (online) then transferring the data from pc hard drive to the skybound G1 adapter in offline mode?

Again.... I have never used this device or software.

I would think that once the database has been downloaded, there should be no reason you couldn't load the data card offline.

The only thing that might prevent it is the program might want to verify the subscription from the service for each load.

Who's to say that you wouldn't want to load data cards for people that might not have a subscription. I doubt this is your case.

Try a load offline. Let us know if it worked.
