ETOPS was created by jake ounce

Blended 1st stage fan blades on the 767's CF6 and, not being ETOPS qualified, had to downgrade the aircraft after maintenance was performed. Easy to overlook this during a busy morning.

We have training on almost everything...... ETOPS, CAT IIIB, RVSM, Run/Taxi being just a few.

We test yearly on all of them to stay qualified. All in all, we take more than 60 tests annually. It's a major pain.

About testing, we now are ALL CAT on our fleets! Ever heard of this Mark? I took the required training and passed the test, five modules, so now I am "ALL CAT" qualified on the fleet: 747, 76, 75, MD11, and A300.
