ATA 72-23, Fan Outlet Guide Vane

Fixed forward fan outlet guide vane inner seal replacement. Fairly simple job. The maintenance manual has two methods to install/remove vane. One with inner seal in and one out. I recommend seal out. Vane has lip on forward base that has to be inserted first. The top can be wiggled in quite easily with inner seal out. I would think seal "in" would be tougher. (Manual states lube tip end.)

Both inner seal flange and base perimeter use black RTV for final closeout.
