ATA 32-42, Anti-Skid was created by Mark

When the wheel speed transducer signal from the #1 tire is being seen as the #5 tire at the Anti-Skid box, the system has a tendency to apply pressure to the "wrong" brake.

Both the 1/5 and 2/6 pairs of transducer wires were swapped between tires sets.

Is there any wonder why this aircraft has been wearing out tires on the left truck for a "long" time.

A somewhat easier problem to figure out, but just a short post to show some of the Anti-Skid components.

Deferral of complete Anti-Skid system. Checked the control unit for history.....

Un-ass the box..... shoot the #2 transducer. Open. Shoot another one just to see what it should be.

After pulling the #2 hubcap and removing the transducer..... what do I find? No plug hooked up. It's laying a foot back in the axle.

Plug back on.... transducer reinstalled..... hubcap back on.....

Good reading from rack. Good functional test. Deferral cleared.
