Card Rack Connectors

Being an old puke as of late..... my eyesight is heading south quickly. One job that is particularly difficult is pinning card rack connectors. A lighted magnifying glass is a absolute "must" tool when trying to read pin numbers.
  
     
  
For the 41 pin plugs the arrangement is below.....
  
     
  
Of course, this is the card so when doing the rack plug, the longer end is actually on the right. The number 1 being the bottom right pin. (The white numbers are "not" on the actual plug.)
