We recently had an problem with engine fuel flow and fuel pressure indication, along with HP Bleed valve control on a newly installed engine.

The problem was traced back to a jumper harness that was added by a Boeing  modification (Service Bulletin 767-72-0005). This jumper connects to Jack D4210J at the front of the pylon electrical junction box.

The jack is in a difficult access area, close to the structure at the top with a bleed air duct below. The jumper modification brings this pylon connection lower and outboard.

The new connection point has a designation of Plug or Jack D17066. We found the plug had its internals "shift" from the correct position to ≈10° CCW. This is somewhat unusual to have the guts shift. They usually just fall out as the adhesive has failed to hold the rubber in place. (The plug "did" fall apart during replacement.)

If you look closely, the "14" pin number should be right in-line with the master key. You can see the indentations from the mating plug pins in the rubber.

The closest we could find for a part number for the whole harness was.....

The part number for the D17066P plug was BACC63BP18D14SN (or SNL).
